WE'RE NOT YOUR TYPICAL FLOWER SHOP. A
Ray of Sunshine Floral is an independent, boutique studio. We are not a wire service, not cookie-cutter catalog arrangements, no fake flowers. We work exclusively with fresh, seasonal blooms and believe that every arrangement should feel like it was made by an artist, not a machine. We're growing, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.•

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design and create stunning fresh floral arrangements for everyday orders, custom requests, weddings, and special events Consult with customers one-on-one to bring their vision to life Work with seasonal, fresh-cut flowers and foliage Help develop the shop's signature aesthetic and contribute design ideas Receive, condition, and care for fresh flowers to maintain peak quality Assist with event and wedding setups and breakdowns Keep the studio clean, organized, and inspiring Grow into more responsibility as we grow ....we mean that•
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in floral design...retail shop, studio, or event background preferred A true artistic sensibility: you understand color, texture, proportion, and flow Deep knowledge of fresh flowers, seasonality, and proper flower care Someone who is self-motivated and takes ownership of their work Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently during high-volume seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, holidays) A team player who brings good energy to the space Portfolio or photos of your work strongly encouraged ....we want to see how you design•
