Job Description
```Duties```
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the right flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and order new stock as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately ```Experience```
- Previous experience in floral design or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines
- Sales experience to effectively communicate with customers and upsell products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
