PT/FT Floral and Event Designer

We are looking for dedicated, experienced, creative candidates with a positive attitude to join our team in a high-volume store. The position includes the following duties: Skilled execution of floral design Assisting other designers with event designs Event flower installation Excellent customer service skills Taking orders and assisting customers with selections Sales skills/up-selling Shop merchandising/display experience Knowledge of trends, social media, and activities relating to business Processing orders and inventory management Maintain a regular and reliable attendance record Must be a team player and be professional at all times. Be flexible and adaptable to changing tasks with effective time management skills. Be able to work independently as needed. Be able to stand for up to 8 hours, including moving, bending and lifting up to 30 pounds. Some weekend/holiday work required based on business volume or event work.
