Duties Assist customers in with friendly and knowledgeable service Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, displays, and storage areas Handle cash register transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process cash handling with precision Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure an attractive shopping environment Manage inventory by stocking new products and conducting stock checks regularly Provide excellent customer service Requirements Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Basic organizational skills to manage stock and maintain store presentation standards Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required Knowledge of floral design, gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is advantageous Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking and merchandising This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their retail and floral expertise in a lively team environment.
