The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral arrangements and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment.

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS FLORAL DESIGN EXPERIENCE.

Duties Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions based on customer preferences and specifications. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure an efficient workflow. Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs while providing knowledgeable recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and manage cash handling responsibilities. Stock and maintain inventory levels of flowers, supplies, and other merchandise to ensure availability for customer orders. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services. Requirements Must have previous floral design experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with cash handling procedures and retail math to manage transactions accurately. Ability to sell products by understanding customer needs and providing tailored recommendations. Experience using POS systems is preferred but can be trained on-the-job. A creative eye for design with an understanding of color theory and floral arrangement techniques is essential. Must be able to design and arrange Wedding, Funeral and everyday florals.
