Our goal is to deliver amazing and memorable floral designs for every occasions while providing outstanding customer service either on the phone or with instore guests.

Casual work attire Team oriented Professional ## Job Overview We are seeking a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and design, with the ability to create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions. ## Duties
  • Design and create unique floral arrangements for every day occations, events, weddings and holidays.
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements to meet their needs
  • Maintain inventory of floral supplies and ensure stock levels are adequate
  • Utilize retail math skills to price products based on company guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service
  • Utilize sales skills to promote products and increase revenue
  • Stay updated on current trends in floral design, e-commerce, and retail sales ## Skills
  • Proficiency in floral design techniques and knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms for online sales is a plus
  • Experience in plant care maintenance is beneficial
