This is a hands-on position designed for someone interested in building a career in floral design. No professional floral experience is required ; just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for creativity. This role includes training and growth opportunities with the goal of developing into a Junior Floral Designer . What You'll Do Assist with floral production and event preparation Process and care for fresh flowers Help create floral arrangements under designer guidance Prepare vessels, mechanics, and materials for projects Maintain studio organization and cleanliness Assist with event installations and breakdowns Support inventory management and daily operations Learn floral design techniques, mechanics, and industry best practices What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds Comfortable with getting on a 10ft ladder Reliable transportation Flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional early mornings Interest in floral design, events, art, or creative industries Team player with a strong work ethic Growth & Travel Opportunities This is more than just an assistant role.
