Responsibilities Design and create fresh floral, silk, and plant arrangements for funeral and memorial services. Thoughtfully interpret reference photos and personal family requests to create meaningful floral tributes that honor each life. Maintain order accuracy. Meet with families to discuss floral needs, offering compassionate guidance and support. Manage time effectively to prioritize multiple services, meet deadlines, and accommodate last-minute changes. Provide professional and courteous customer service by greeting and assisting families and visitors. Maintain and refresh floral arrangements and plants throughout the funeral home. Process flowers and plants on load days, ensuring quality and freshness. Clean and organize floral work areas, shelves, displays, and coolers. Deliver and receive flowers as needed. Assist with floral workshops, community events, and pop-up booths as scheduled, presenting the Company with professionalism and care.
