This is more than a desk job. It's the starting point for someone who wants to help run a growing company. The successful candidate will greet customers, manage orders from start to finish, create mockups and designs, and keep the shop running smoothly day to day. The ideal person has excellent customer service skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome every customer in a warm, professional manner Take orders by phone, email, and in person, and carry them through from start to finish Design mockups and logos that get customers excited to buy Open and close the shop (10am-6pm) and keep daily operations running smoothly Set up the embroidery line and give each tech a clear rundown of the day's workload Prep screen printing orders: separate artwork, run films, and coordinate with the print team Sort incoming deliveries and match them accurately to orders Process payments and ensure all billing information is correct Keep the work area and showroom clean, organized, and welcoming Upsell customers and provide information about our products and services To apply, send your resume and tell us one thing in your message: Why you would be the perfect person for a role like this.
