Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Floral Designer and Customer Service Specialist, where creativity meets exceptional service! Responsibilities Design beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products, offering expert advice on floral care and gardening tips Maintain an organized and attractive sales floor through effective merchandising and stocking of floral supplies and related merchandise Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and retail math calculations Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, processing orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the shopping experience Support store operations by managing inventory levels, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness in the floral department Communicate effectively with team members in multiple languages if applicable to serve our diverse customer base Requirements Passion for floral design, gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance with a creative flair Previous experience in floral design or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse clientele Ability to perform cashiering duties including cash handling and retail math with accuracy Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and department cleanliness Knowledge of POS systems and retail operations is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed to support daily store functions Embark on a rewarding journey where your creativity blossoms!
