Floral Designer

Rose & Blossom | Spokane, WA Full-Time / Part-Time Rose & Blossom is looking for a talented Floral Designers to join our creative team in Spokane. We are a modern floral studio focused on fresh, garden-inspired designs, exceptional customer service, and creating meaningful experiences through flowers. We are looking for someone who is creative, dependable, fast-paced, and passionate about floral design. Responsibilities Design fresh floral arrangements for daily orders, sympathy, birthdays, holidays, weddings, and events Process and care for fresh flowers and plants Maintain floral cooler organization and flower quality Assist customers in-store and over the phone Help with wedding and event floral production Maintain a clean and organized workspace Work efficiently during busy floral holidays and peak seasons Collaborate positively with team members Qualifications Floral design experience preferred Retail florist experience strongly preferred Strong sense of color, texture, and flower combinations Ability to create both traditional and modern floral styles Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift flower buckets and stand for extended periods What We Value At Rose & Blossom, we value creativity, kindness, professionalism, teamwork, and radical responsibility.
