Floral Manager/Designer 575 Swan Road, De Pere, WI 54115 Part-time, Full-time Part-time, Full-time Overview Join our vibrant team as a Floral Manager/Designer, where creativity blossoms and customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do! In this dynamic role, you will lead floral design initiatives, oversee daily floral operations, and ensure our displays and arrangements inspire and delight. Your passion for floral artistry combined with strong leadership skills will help create a welcoming environment for customers seeking beautiful, fresh arrangements and gardening solutions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your horticultural expertise while managing a lively retail space dedicated to floral and gardening enthusiasts. Duties Lead floral design projects, creating stunning bouquets, centerpieces, and custom arrangements that meet customer specifications and seasonal themes Manage daily floral department operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize visual appeal and sales Provide excellent customer service, and safety protocols Assist customers with selecting flowers, plants, gardening supplies, and related products while delivering exceptional service Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, pruning plants, and ensuring all displays are attractive and well-maintained Collaborate with suppliers to order fresh flowers and supplies while managing inventory levels efficiently Requirements Proven experience in floral design or floral shop management with a strong portfolio of creative work Knowledge of horticulture, gardening practices, landscape maintenance, and lawn care techniques Familiarity with retail sales processes, merchandising, and stock management Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks such as inventory control, customer service, and staff supervision simultaneously Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Passion for gardening, floral artistry, and providing outstanding customer experiences This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to cultivate beauty both inside the store and in our customers' gardens.
