We are seeking a talented, creative, and dependable Floral Designer to join our team. Position Summary The Floral Designer is responsible for creating fresh floral arrangements for everyday occasions, weddings, sympathy tributes, events, and holidays. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Design and create fresh floral arrangements according to customer requests and company standards. Produce arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy services, weddings, events, and special occasions. Consult with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Maintain high standards of floral quality, freshness, and presentation. Process and care for fresh flowers and greenery. Assist with inventory management and ordering needs. Prepare daily orders accurately and on schedule. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Assist with holiday production and other peak business periods. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous floral design experience preferred, 3-5 years is ideal. Strong design skills with an eye for color, texture, and composition. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Availability to work some weekends and holidays.
