Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floral Shop Associate to join our team in a dynamic and fast paced floral shop. The ideal candidate will assist in various shop operations, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for hands-on work, excellent phone skills, ability to learn computer skills quickly and has a strong customer service background. Duties Greeting in person customers and assisting with floral and gift selections Greeting customers over the phone and taking phone orders Input orders accurately into the computer system Collaborate with team members regarding orders and delivery times. Occasional Deliveries light house keeping including dusting, sweeping, cleaning and washing buckets Watering and taking care of cooler and plants Check in and price incoming inventory Display and organize inventory in a stylish and contemporary mannor Participate in training sessions to enhance mechanical knowledge and skills related to manufacturing processes. Qualifications Excellent phone skills Excellent customer service skills Basic computer skills. Money Handling experience Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
