Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follow, implement and expand Lexicon Brand Guidelines in all areas. Design promotional and informational materials in a variety of contexts including digital, print, environmental, web, apparel, signage, and more. Work with the Marketing/Communications team to create visual assets like signage, displays, advertisements, brochures, flyers, project sales sheets, landing pages, etc. Work with external agencies and freelancers to create content and campaigns. Present design ideas and recommendations to the Vice President, Marketing & Communications. Establish and maintain hard copy and electronic files for sales and marketing materials. Optimize use of the company's Digital Asset Management System Assist in designing, selecting and ordering branded merchandise to be sold on the company's LexGear site and distributed via other channels. Monitor and maintain brand and graphic standards in all areas of communication. Complete special projects as assigned by the Vice President, Marketing & Communications. Assist the Sales team with proposals and collateral materials. Adhere to all company safety/OSHA rules and regulations. The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, advertising, or related field. Minimum of two years' experience in a related capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations. Excellent concept and design skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or related software. Skill in HTML, CSS, Javascript Experience in website editing with WordPress, content marketing, photography, and videography. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States for our company without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
