Scottsdale, Arizona (Onsite) Make a Difference Through Design Position Overview We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and help bring our brand, campaigns, and customer experiences to life while maintaining a consistent brand experience across both print and digital channels. You'll play a key role in shaping how DollarDays shows up across every customer touchpoint. This role is ideal for a versatile designer who enjoys working across a wide range of creative projects. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, merchandising, and leadership teams to create compelling visual experiences that drive engagement and support business growth. Essential Roles and Responsibilities Key projects may include: Print and Traditional Marketing Direct mail campaigns, including postcards, flyers, catalogs, and promotional materials Packaging and product-related design Conference, event, and trade show assets, including banners, signage, and booth graphics Corporate materials such as business cards, thank-you cards, envelopes, and presentation templates Printed and digital brochures, catalogs, and sales materials Digital Marketing and Demand Generation Paid media creative for display, retargeting, affiliate, and social campaigns Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaign assets Website graphics and promotional content Landing page designs and collaboration on UX/UI improvements Email marketing graphics, headers, and supporting creative Blog graphics and featured images Organic and paid social media content Brand and Creative Support Help maintain and evolve DollarDays brand standards Develop visual concepts that align with campaign goals and customer needs Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into effective creative solutions Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality execution across all deliverables Required Qualifications 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an in-house marketing, e-commerce, agency, or B2B environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work, and showcasing a deep knowledge of fundamental design principles Exceptional command of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy Ability to take projects from concept through final production Experience preparing production-ready files for print Ability to balance creativity with business objectives Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously Strong communication and collaboration skills Bonus Qualifications Experience designing landing pages or website experiences Working knowledge of UX/UI best practices Familiarity with Figma or similar tools Experience creating assets for email marketing platforms Basic
