JOB SUMMARY WE'RE

SEEKING AN APPAREL GRAPHIC DESIGNER TO SUPPORT THE CREATION OF GRAPHICS FOR LICENSED PROPERTIES WITHIN OUR MEN'S TEE DIVISION. THIS ROLE FOCUSES ON DEVELOPING COMPELLING, BRAND-RIGHT DESIGNS THAT ALIGN WITH LICENSING GUIDELINES WHILE APPEALING TO SPECIALTY AND NICHE MARKETPLACES.

THE

IDEAL CANDIDATE UNDERSTANDS HOW TO TRANSLATE ESTABLISHED IP INTO FRESH, SELLABLE GRAPHICS AND IS EXCITED ABOUT DESIGNING WITH BOTH CREATIVITY AND COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE IN MIND.

YOU'LL

WORK CLOSELY WITH THE CREATIVE, SALES, AND DEVELOPMENT TEAMS TO PRODUCE ARTWORK THAT MEETS LICENSOR STANDARDS AND RESONATES WITH TARGETED AUDIENCES ACROSS RETAIL AND DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER CHANNELS.

THIS

ROLE IS IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WITH STRONG DESIGN FUNDAMENTALS, A PASSION FOR FASHION AND STREETWEAR, AND AN EAGERNESS TO GROW IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.

RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS 2-5+ years of experience in graphic design (apparel or screen print industry preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing t-shirt graphics, typography, illustration, and layout work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required) Solid understanding of screen printing processes, limitations, and production setup Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage weekly output expectations Strong attention to detail and ability to take creative direction Understanding of streetwear, men's fashion, and current design trends Christina Turner View Christina Turner's Jobs Benefits offered See Benefits
