Graphic Designer

Description We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Costa Mesa, California. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and other departments to produce innovative designs for a variety of mediums including digital, print, and marketing campaigns. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that support diverse audiences, including families, educators, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling design concepts for paid advertising campaigns and social media content.
• Create engaging website landing pages and visually appealing printed materials such as brochures and collateral.
• Design illustrations, icons, and environmental graphics for conferences and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine designs based on feedback and strategic direction.
• Ensure all creative work adheres to established brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Produce structured and performance-driven designs for marketing and educational materials.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to bring creative ideas to life.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and organization throughout the design process. Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on detail-oriented work.
• Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print design.
• Proficiency in designing ad creatives and developing landing page layouts.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, and composition.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines while delivering fresh ideas.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is required.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to refine designs based on feedback.
