About Code Four Code Four is an experiential production company specializing in live events, environmental graphics, fabrication, AV production, staging, branded environments, and large-scale installations for sports, entertainment, hospitality, festivals, and national brand activations. We are looking for a detail-oriented Prepress & Production Specialist to support large-format print production and event graphics workflows from proofing through final output. Position Overview The Experiential Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visual concepts, layouts, branding applications, and environmental graphics for live events, activations, installations, and branded environments. This role requires strong creative design skills combined with an understanding of real-world production, fabrication, print, and installation constraints. Key Responsibilities Design graphics and visual layouts for live events, festivals, stadium branding, activations, signage systems, and branded environments Develop creative concepts and production-ready layouts Collaborate with Project Managers, Fabrication, Print Production, and Technical teams Create presentation materials, mockups, and client-facing visuals Work within brand guidelines while adapting designs to physical environments Participate in creative reviews, revisions, and production meetings Coordinate with prepress and production teams to ensure print accuracy and feasibility Maintain awareness of timelines, production schedules, and deliverable deadlines Qualifications 3+ years of graphic design experience in experiential, environmental, event, signage, or large-format graphics industries Strong portfolio demonstrating environmental or experiential design work Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Understanding of environmental graphics, large-format print production, branding systems, and spatial design applications Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication and collaboration skills Work Environment Full-time in-office position Collaborative creative and production environment Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required during peak production periods
