We're a small, mission-driven team focused on impact, storytelling, and design that serves. About the Role We're looking for an AI Graphic Designer to join our team and help shape how we visually tell our story online. This role blends traditional design skills with AI-powered creativity , giving you the opportunity to experiment with cutting-edge tools while learning the ins and outs of digital marketing. You'll get hands-on experience working across campaigns, email marketing, social media, and web design—gaining exposure to both human-led and AI-assisted creative strategy. If you're curious, adaptable, and eager to see your work make a direct impact, this role will give you real-world training in both design and marketing.

What You'll Work On AI-Assisted Design:

Use tools like Nano Banana, MidJourney, Artlist, or similar platforms to brainstorm, generate, and refine creative assets.

Campaign Creative:

Design digital assets for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across web and paid channels.

Email Marketing:

Create engaging email templates and graphics that support campaign goals and drive customer engagement.

Social Media Design:

Produce graphics and visuals for Instagram and other platforms (posts, stories, reels, motion assets).

Web Design Support:

Update and design site banners and web assets for both desktop and mobile.

Brand Consistency:

Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all creative outputs, whether AI-generated or traditionally designed.

Creative Experimentation:

Explore AI workflows to speed up production, develop new visual concepts, and inspire future campaigns. What We're Looking For Familiarity with AI design tools (Nano Banana, MidJourney, Artlist, Evoto, etc.). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma , or Canva . Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy . Curiosity to explore how AI and design work together to support digital marketing and brand growth. Organized, detail-oriented, and receptive to feedback. A self-starter who's excited to experiment and grow in a collaborative environment. Bonus Points Interest in fashion, sustainability, or social media marketing. Experience creating motion graphics, GIFs, or short-form video assets.
