Throughout the day you keep two to three machines running smoothly, verify part quality with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges), and make careful offset tweaks or minor program edits to keep components within spec. You watch for tool wear, swap out damaged cutters, and follow safety procedures and routine maintenance schedules to sustain production flow. What you'll handle Set up and run multi‑axis Swiss screw machines to produce parts to drawing requirements Keep production moving by operating two to three machines during your shift Inspect parts using precision instruments to verify conformance to tight tolerances Identify worn or damaged tooling; perform minor program edits and make offset adjustments Follow dispatch priorities, adhere to safety procedures, and complete routine maintenance to support output goals What you bring Hands-on experience operating CNC Swiss machines in a precision manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions in English Sharp attention to detail with a knack for spotting machining defects and surface finish issues Good manual dexterity and strong hand‑eye coordination Self‑motivated, dependable, and comfortable working with minimal supervision while upholding high quality standards All successful applicants will be contacted within two working days.
