Production Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Production Graphic Designer who understands the ins and outs of print production workflows and can confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously; while meeting fast-paced production deadlines. This role is not focused on creating marketing graphics or social media design. Instead, this position centers on preparing, correcting, and organizing customer-supplied artwork so it can move efficiently into production. Candidates without print production experience will likely find this position challenging. Key Responsibilities

• Verify customer artwork setup including: filetype, size, bleed, margins, and resolution
• Prepare proofs for customer approval
• Prepare and make necessary corrections to artwork to ensure they are print-ready for large-format print production
• Scale artwork for banners, signage, wall graphics, and other large-format products
• Communicate with sales & production staff to ensure jobs run smoothly
• Organizing digital files and maintaining clear job documentation
• Manage multiple projects while meeting fast-paced production deadlines
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all files
• Report inaccurate product descriptions or specifications on our website
• Perform other assigned duties as needed Required Experience To be successful in this role, applicants should have:
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Vector Artwork Editing and Manipulation)
• Proficiency with MS Office Software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, & Adobe InDesign
• Experience preparing large format print-ready files
• Understanding of filetypes, bleed, scaling, resolution, dimensions, and print substrates
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy Preferred Experience
• Experience with large-format printing
• Familiarity with signage, banners, trade show graphics, or event graphics
• Experience working in a high-volume production environment
• Creative flair with attention to detail What This Job Is NOT This role is not focused on:
