Graphic Designer / Production Specialist

Minuteman Press Loveland is looking for a Graphic Design & Production Specialist who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and delivers high-quality work. This is a hands-on role combining design, print production, and customer interaction. You'll work both behind the scenes and directly with customers, quoting jobs, processing payments, and ensuring every project is done right. What You'll Do Design and prepare print-ready files (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Operate digital and large-format printing equipment Cut, finish, and assemble print products Provide accurate quotes and process customer payments Assist customers in-store, by phone, and via email Manage multiple jobs while meeting deadlines Ensure quality and consistency on every order What We're Looking For Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Customer service experience (retail or client-facing) Ability to quote jobs and handle payments confidently Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a strong work ethic What Sets You Apart You take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do You move fast without sacrificing quality You communicate clearly and professionally You solve problems instead of pointing them out Why Join Us Opportunity for growth into senior and leadership roles Hands-on training across design, production, and operations Tight-knit, high-performance team environment
