This role is ideal for someone who can take concepts and turn them into compelling visual content across both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, understands branding and marketing strategy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously. You'll work closely with marketing, operations, retail, and leadership teams to create assets that support dispensary promotions, brand campaigns, product launches, events, signage, packaging, social media, email marketing, and more. Responsibilities Design and produce creative assets across digital and print channels including: Social media graphics Email marketing assets Website graphics In-store signage Packaging and promotional materials Event collateral Presentations and internal communications Translate strategic direction and campaign goals into visually compelling designs that align with brand standards Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams on creative concepts and campaign execution Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Prepare final files for production and coordinate with vendors when needed Maintain organized libraries of design assets, photography, and creative files Assist with creative support for retail promotions, new store openings, product launches, and seasonal campaigns Stay current on design trends, social media creative, and emerging marketing best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred 3-5+ years of graphic design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding Experience designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to receive feedback and adapt creative based on business needs Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with photography, photo editing, or basic video editing Knowledge of WordPress or basic web design principles Experience working in retail, lifestyle, hospitality, cannabis, or consumer packaged goods industries Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems What We're Looking For Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Someone who can balance creativity with efficiency and execution Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment Passion for branding, storytelling, and creating engaging customer experiences Application Requirements Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant design work with their application.
