Our team partners with startups and established brands to execute design systems, marketing assets, and web experiences at scale. We're looking for a highly collaborative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in fast-paced production environments. You'll play a key role in bringing creative direction to life, translating concepts into polished, production-ready work across web, marketing, and physical materials. You should be equally comfortable working in Figma on scalable systems as you are preparing files for print. Responsibilities Execute and scale design work in Figma, high-fidelity prototyping, design systems, and collaborative workflows Translate creative direction into pixel-perfect, production-ready assets Execute and adapt web, digital, and marketing designs at scale Build, maintain, and evolve design systems to support brand consistency Prepare clean, organized files for developer handoff Apply and uphold brand guidelines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong time management Qualifications 2-4+ years in a production execution-focused design role Advanced proficiency in Figma Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Experience producing high-volume marketing assets Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy Experience preparing files for print production Strong organizational skills and file management practices Comfortable working collaboratively and receiving feedback What's In It For You?
