The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong ability to translate ideas into compelling designs. This role requires proficiency in various design software and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all graphics align with our brand's vision and marketing goals. Graphic Designer Key Accountabilities Create print designs for apparel items (sweaters, sweatpants, etc.) Create mock-ups for clients and make sure they are turned in on-time Prepare color separations for screen prints so art is "print ready" Conduct photoshoots for new collections which will be used in catalogs, fliers, etc. Identify current trends and bring prospective ideas to establish key objectives for the brand Special projects as assigned Required Skills/Abilities/Education Associates's/Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts or related field Have experience in the Fashion/Clothing/Apparel Industry Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, etc) Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail Good team work skills & time management skills Brand appropriate aesthetic Illustration skills a plus Salary $17-$20/hour; depending on experience
