The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent attention to detail and the ability to edit/manipulate images for various purposes. Responsibilities include using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create high-quality graphics, illustrations and layouts. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements. Create & modify designs, typography and other graphics to use in the production floor. Ensure all designs align with company guidelines and maintain consistency in all designs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality. Requirements include high proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator, color theory. Excellent communication & teamwork skills, ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred, but not required). • Experience in Screen Printing is a plus.
