Manage projects from initial inquiry through final installation, including discovery, scoping, quoting, approvals, scheduling, and post-installation follow-up. Lead client communication with clear timelines, status updates, and proactive discussion of risks, changes, or delays. Create accurate estimates, work orders, and change orders that balance client expectations, production realities, and profitability. Coordinate with production, sewing, and install teams to ensure jobs are correctly queued, materials/hardware are available, and installation logistics are confirmed.
