If a good fit candidate will convert to full-time within 3 months The Role Our client, and Independent School in Sandy Springs, Georgia, is seeking a highly motivated and creative Graphic Designer to join their team. As an independent school that prioritizes innovation, inquiry, and impact, we are seeking a candidate who can bring a fresh perspective to our visual communications and create designs that reflect our values and mission. This is a full-time position that requires working collaboratively with our creative team to produce designs that meet the needs of our diverse range of internal clients (admissions and philanthropy teams, athletics, arts, and teaching and learning divisions). This position will report to the Chief Brand Officer and work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer. Responsibilities + Develop and design a high volume of visual assets, including print and digital pieces such as logos, flyers, social media graphics, posters, and other marketing materials for all three brands under the Organization + Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines and ensure all projects are completed on time + Take an iterative approach to design, incorporating stakeholder feedback to refine designs and ensure they meet the needs of the School community + Ensure all designs are consistent with the School's brand guidelines and visual identity + Stay up to date on current design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously push the brand forward + Develop video editing templates in collaboration with the Sr. Graphic Designer to streamline production workflows and ensure consistency across video content throughout the organization Core Competencies + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality + Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) + Proficiency in Canva, CapCut (or similar video editing software) Google Suite, Mac/Apple OS + Knowledge of Fiery and ability to utilize in-house printers, cutters, and other print production equipment (preferred) Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field + 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on print and digital media (preferred
