Gravure Graphics Technician

Position Overview Pamarco is seeking an experienced Gravure Graphics Technician with knowledge of gravure and anilox engraving processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, converting, and optimizing image files for laser engraving of gravure cylinders and anilox rolls while ensuring the highest standards of quality and repeatability. Primary Responsibilities Convert and prepare image files for gravure and anilox roll engravingAdjust artwork, size, repeat, and resolution to meet customer specificationsVerify file accuracy and quality prior to productionSupport laser operators with file setup and production requirementsTroubleshoot graphics and image-related issuesWork closely with Production, Quality, and Customer Service teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction Qualifications Experience with gravure graphics and image preparationKnowledge of anilox and gravure engraving processes preferredProficiency with graphics and image editing softwareStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent organizational and communication skills Work Schedule Must be willing to work 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shiftWeekend work may be required based on production demandsOvertime opportunities available Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate: $27.00-$36.00, based on experienceOvertime payRelocation assistance available for qualified candidatesOpportunity to work with advanced laser engraving technology in a growing manufacturing environment Qualified candidates who have a strong background in gravure graphics and image processing are encouraged to apply.
