This position blends hands-on design work with event coordination — perfect for someone who loves creativity, community, and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
Design marketing materials including flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, banners, and in-store signage following Harley-Davidson brand standards. Plan and execute dealership events such as bike nights, open houses, charity rides, and large-scale weekend promotions. Collaborate with the Marketing Director on advertising campaigns, event concepts, and local marketing initiatives. Manage vendor coordination, setup, and logistics for events. Capture and edit photos/videos from events for use in social media and digital marketing. Maintain a content calendar and assist with posting to dealership social pages. Track and report on event performance and marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or event coordination preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work occasional weekends for dealership events. Passion for motorcycles or the Harley-Davidson brand is a plus.
