Job Description

Graphic Designer Full-time | In-office | Savannah, GA An established, multi-location retail organization in Savannah, GA is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to join its in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who brings strong design judgment, brand discipline, production experience, and the ability to manage a high volume of work across digital, print, internal, and customer-facing channels. The right candidate will be a key creative contributor while also supporting the growth of a developing marketing department. This is a full-time, in-office position. It is not a remote role. About the Role The Graphic Designer will serve as a central creative resource for the marketing team and broader organization. This person will be responsible for developing polished, on-brand creative materials that support marketing campaigns, internal communications, events, promotional initiatives, and day-to-day business needs. The ideal candidate is someone who can take a project from initial direction to final execution with confidence, communicate clearly with stakeholders, manage multiple deadlines, and bring a thoughtful creative perspective to every assignment. They are creative, organized, collaborative, and dependable. They understand how to balance fresh ideas with brand consistency, move quickly without sacrificing quality, and respond well to feedback and changing priorities. Responsibilities Design and produce a wide range of digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, email assets, website banners, display ads, brochures, business cards, event collateral, signage, internal communications, and additional design elements as needed. Translate campaign messages into clear, polished, visually compelling creative. Take design projects from initial concept through revisions, final approval, and production-ready execution. Maintain visual consistency across multiple locations, departments, platforms, and campaigns. Help protect and strengthen brand standards across all creative materials. Ensure marketing materials meet applicable brand, vendor, and compliance guidelines. Partner with internal teams to understand project objectives, target audiences, timelines, and desired outcomes. Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail. Organize, maintain, and manage creative files and digital assets within a shared digital environment. Stay current on design trends, retail marketing best practices, competitor creative, and evolving digital standards. Support special projects, presentations, community initiatives, rebranding efforts, and other marketing needs as assigned. Qualifications Strong portfolio demonstrating professional-level design work across both digital and print formats. Portfolios must be provided for review. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat. Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, color, composition, and brand systems. Experience preparing files for print production and digital deployment. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and revision cycles at the same time. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain creative decisions clearly. High attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 4+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred. Preferred Experience Experience in retail marketing, advertising, or an in-house creative environment. Experience designing for email, websites, paid digital ads, and social media campaigns. Familiarity with brand compliance or vendor guideline requirements. Basic knowledge of
HTML/CSS.
