As a Graphic Designer you'll work independently to handle complex projects, to create and produce visual content that aligns with creative requests while adhering to Casey's brand guidelines. This role involves designing for store locations, the support center, and online marketing platforms. Additionally, the Graphic Designer will develop effective marketing designs that meet communication objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute promotional materials for print and digital marketing, packaging, and other requests, focusing mainly on static designs with some motion design elements. Contribute creative ideas and improve processes for effective and consistent designs for guests and stakeholders while following brand guidelines. Assist Creative Operations Manager in local photoshoots and production. Work closely with the creative team to align on vision and objectives, and provide support to team members during the production process. Stay updated with industry trends for design and motion. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product, or UX teams) to design projects and execute concepts. Oversee design production work and mentor less experienced designers when needed. Compensation :
Starting hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$64,500 ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$84,600.‏‏‎ ‎ Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience. At least three years of work-related graphic design experience. Knowledge of principles and techniques of illustration and design. Proficiency in using a MacBook Pro with Adobe Creative Cloud software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) and Google Web Designer. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate and build relationships based on transparency and mutual respect, both internally and externally. Creative thinker and self starter. Strong knowledge with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects) and animation software for creating display ads.
Preferred:
Basic knowledge of HTML. Experience with motion graphics and video editing
