Graphic Designer/Print Production

Minuteman Press, a print, marketing, and design company in is seeking Elk Grove, candidates for a position as a Graphic Designer / Print Production Representative. This position will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in-person at our office with their print, promotional, and design projects. You will be doing graphic design, submitting files to vendors, dealing directly with customers, digital printing, bindery, and being part of a cohesive team. We are PC-based with Adobe Suite experience. You will provide exemplary customer service, build relationships, and use consultative selling when working with customers. Print Production Representative Requirements:

Experience with Graphic Design (Adobe Cloud, specifically Illustrator and InDesign) required. Understand, set up, and operate digital print equipment. File setup for printing, color calibrating, and imposition. This also includes checking fonts, links, bleeds, crops, and other file-related issues. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail. Work both independently and as a member of a team, from concept to completion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
