40 hours a week October and beyond, on an as needed basis Our client is a professional organization that supports healthcare professionals around the world through education, advocacy, research, and industry resources. To help bring about awareness of the organization and how they work wih HCPs, they host a high profile conference every year. To support that event, we are seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist with a strong eye for design to create/execute, a high-volume of conference campaign material. This role will focus on updating, resizing, and refining existing creative assets across both print and digital channels. While this is not a concepting or from-scratch design role, the ideal candidate will have strong visual judgment and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all materials. This is a full-time contract role anticipated to run from June through October, with the opportunity to continue on, on an as-needed basis for future project support. A true

Responsibilities Update and revise existing conference and marketing collateral Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital use Support creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations Resize and adapt banner ads and other digital assets Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality execution across all deliverables Collaborate with internal teams to manage revisions and meet deadlines Requirements 3+ years of Production Artist experience in a fast-paced creative environment Strong eye for layout, typography, and overall design quality Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on Mac, including: Experience preparing files for print and digital production Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines with strong attention to detail Additional Information Full-time contract anticipated July-October Potential for ongoing freelance/project-based work after initial engagement but hours will be reduced Mac-based environment #LI-SS1 #
