Graphic Designer Artistic Invasion Central Indiana (Indianapolis Area) Full-Time | On-Site | Apparel Decoration & Promotional Products Artistic Invasion is a custom screen printing, embroidery, and apparel decoration shop serving businesses, schools, teams, and organizations across Central Indiana. We turn ideas into wearable, print-ready art — and we're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our production team and help bring those projects to life. This is a hands-on production design role. You'll spend your day preparing art for real jobs heading to the press, the embroidery machine, and the heat transfer station — not building brand decks. If you love the satisfaction of seeing your work printed on hundreds of garments, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Prepare and clean up customer-supplied artwork for production across multiple decoration methods. Create mockups and proofs for customer approval, and revise based on feedback. Color-separate artwork and produce screen-printing positives. Set up files for DTF, DTG, sublimation, heat transfer, and vinyl, including cut lines. Digitize or coordinate embroidery files for the embroidery team. Work alongside our designers and production crew to keep jobs moving and deadlines met. Maintain organized art files and job documentation in our production system. What We're Looking For Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (vector and raster work). Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and detail. Ability to take rough or low-quality customer art and make it production-ready. Comfort managing multiple jobs and deadlines in a fast-paced shop. Clear communicator who works well with sales, production, and customers. Reliable, on-site, and ready to be part of a small, tight-knit team. Nice to Have Prior experience in screen printing, embroidery, or apparel decoration. Familiarity with color separations and screen-printing positives. Experience with production/order systems (e.g., Printavo) and online stores (e.g., Inksoft).
