Job Description
Established printing company seeking creative professionals to join our team. Position involves creating layouts and designs in a variety of programs and in multiple file sizes. Must have a deep proficiency in industry-standard programs and platforms like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Specifically a creative position that is production minded as we service a large print floor. Must be able to multitask and adjust quickly to a highly customized workflow . requirements include but are not limited to:
- Current design software proficiency.
- Strong understanding of core design principals.
- Experience with small team management/leadership preferred
- be detail oriented to ensure printed materials and product are designed, created and proofed according to client specifications
- Function within a team to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.
- Must have the ability to multitask and communicate effectively
- Industry experience and management skills will yield the higher hourly rates.
