From bold storefront signage and vibrant vehicle wraps to business cards, banners, and everything in between — we design, print, and bring our customers' ideas to life. We're currently hiring a lead creative designer to handle design work across the entire company. This is a key role that plays a big part in shaping our visual output and brand consistency. With quality equipment, sharp design skills, and a true passion for what we do, we make sure every project is done right. Whether it's a local shop, a growing brand, or a one-off custom piece, we want to help our customers maintain brand consistency and market themselves effectively. Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for print including marketing materials, vehicle wraps, sign proofs, promotional items, Apparel proofs, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive branding and promotional campaigns.
• Utilize typography effectively to enhance the readability and impact of designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Prepare production-ready files for various formats, ensuring accuracy in specifications.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and contribute to the development of new branding materials.
• Stay updated with design trends and software advancements to continually improve skills and output.
• Work with content management systems, including WordPress, to implement designs on websites. Required Skills
• 5+ years' experience in designing for print and other media including screen printing, embroidery, signage, traditional paper printing, and promotional products.
• Understanding color separations, pre-flighting and preparing print-ready artwork, print production processes, and file preparation.
• Expert Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot design-related production issues

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
