About the Role As an Aircraft Electronics Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and operational readiness of sophisticated flight systems. By leveraging your technical expertise in troubleshooting and system integration, you will directly contribute to the reliability of mission-critical avionics platforms. Responsibilities Execute complex maintenance, installation, and repair of avionics components to ensure full compliance with FAA and industry safety standards. Diagnose and resolve intricate system malfunctions by interpreting technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering blueprints. Optimize system performance through precise wire routing, advanced soldering, and professional-grade crimping techniques. Maintain the integrity of diagnostic tools, test equipment, and technical documentation to support seamless operational workflows. Drive continuous improvement in maintenance quality by adhering to rigorous regulatory protocols and internal quality assurance guidelines. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience in avionics or a related technical field. Proficiency in utilizing personal hand tools for precision maintenance and repair tasks. Demonstrated ability to read and implement complex technical drawings and wiring schematics. Advanced technical capability in avionics installation, wiring repair, and hardware integration. Preferred Skills Possession of an FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL). Operational experience with specialized test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrometers, and pitot-static testers. Prior professional background within the Aerospace, Defense, or military aviation sectors. Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance as required by project specifications.
