Electronic Repairperson

Location:

Ishpeming, MI Cleveland-Cliffs has immediate opportunities for Electronic Repairpersons at our Tilden Mine operations located in Ishpeming, Michigan.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Preventive & reactive maintenance Troubleshooting electronic equipment Installing, maintaining and calibrating instrumentation for process such as flow/temp/pressure/level ect. Troubleshooting control and permissive circuits containing instrumentation Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or other related field or at least 2 years of directly related full-time work experience is required Must be proficient in reading prints and schematics for installation and troubleshooting purposes Must have general PLC knowledge and experience Must be willing to work safely and wear appropriate personal protective equipment Must be willing to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays Must be willing to work overtime

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference for candidates with working knowledge in electrical or electronic maintenance in an industrial or mining environment.
