Graphic Designer

We work our tails off, and we have a blast doing it. Signarama Troy is the largest Signarama franchise in the world — 88,000 square feet of production space, nearly 40 sign experts, and a track record of doing some of the coolest work in Metro Detroit. We've designed and built signs for GM, The Charles H. Wright Museum, LegaSea Aquarium, and hundreds of local businesses that make this city run. If you've ever chased a vehicle down I-75 because you designed the wrap — you already know what we're about. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who's fast, creative, client-obsessed, and not afraid to push a job from good to great. What you'll actually do: Every signed project gets designed within 1-2 business days of a complete brief. No exceptions, no silent delays. You'll produce client proofs that are accurate and compelling, present Good / Better / Best design options on every job to help our sales team close and upsell, and hand off clean production-ready files to our manufacturing team. You'll also be expected to use AI design tools daily — this isn't optional, it's part of how we operate at a high volume without sacrificing quality. You'll work side by side with Customer Service and Outside Sales. When that alignment is locked in, the machine runs. You're a key part of making that happen. You're the right fit if: You have strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator and Photoshop are non-negotiable) You're already using or eager to master AI design tools to accelerate your output You can handle a fast-paced environment where every day brings a different project — wraps, channel letters, monument signs, wall murals, trade show displays, banners You actually like talking to people — designers here interact with clients, not just screens You're a perfectionist who can also move fast You take ownership: if a deadline is at risk, you flag it the same day What you'll earn: Hourly pay + overtime + team incentive tied to Signarama Troy's monthly revenue.
