  • $51 /hr Posted May 06, 2026 Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a Production Artist / Designer to join their team for the next 6+ months for a parental coverage.
This role is part time, requiring you to be onsite Monday-Wednesday in the Minneapolis office. The Production Designer creates or makes changes to all types of collateral for print and electronic distribution for the Asset Management division. This position will work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. The role requires understanding of layout, type and color, and being able to follow and interpret instructions from stakeholders and understand and apply brand guidelines. The Production Designer must be both technical and creative, using those skills to create a finished product that meets business and branding goals. The Production Artist will be working within a marketing team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide conceptual layouts with the use of graphics software.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across various teams to satisfy business needs and meet deadlines while adhering to regulatory guidance.
  • Serve as brand steward by applying brand standards to all materials.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of current trends and production techniques.
  • Source images and illustrations.
  • Collaborate closely with immediate teammates on content and ensure follow through on projects.
  • Follow a project workflow and timeline to ensure projects progress in a timely manner.
  • Provide branded charts and data visualization with the use of graphics software and Excel as needed
REQUIRED
  • Associates degree or bachelors degree (preferred) and 2+ years of experience in graphic arts, including layout, photography, illustration and designing for digital and print.
  • Thorough knowledge of the production of marketing and promotional materials.
  • Proven proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Working knowledge of Figma.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, delivering to deadlines.
  • Thorough knowledge of visual design principles and detail-oriented delivery.
  • Ability to visually communicate technical concepts.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
