Role:

As a Graphic Designer at Bomgaars, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across weekly sales flyers and a wide range of marketing materials. This role is critical to ensuring our stores and customers receive clear, accurate, and visually compelling communications that drive engagement and sales. What a Day in the

Life Looks Like:

Design and produce weekly sales flyers from concept through final print-ready files Partner with marketing and merchandising to ensure pricing, product details, and promotions are accurate and approved Manage frequent updates and revisions while maintaining consistency and visual quality Prepare files for print vendors and ensure all deadlines are met Create signage, advertisements, digital graphics, in-store materials, and internal communications Adapt designs across formats and sizes while maintaining brand standards Maintain templates, style guides, and organized file systems Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new initiatives

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in retail or production-focused environments Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience preparing files for print and working with vendor specifications Ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting business needs Why Bomgaars?
