Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Springfield Marine and Shark Seating are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to serve as the lead visual execution resource across both brands. This role is responsible for developing compelling visual content that supports product launches, sales initiatives, trade shows, digital marketing, websites, packaging, and brand development efforts. The Graphic Designer serves as the guardian of brand consistency and visual quality, ensuring all creative assets align with established brand standards while supporting the growth objectives of Springfield Marine and Shark Seating. This position combines graphic design, photography, video production support, creative asset management, and visual storytelling to create professional, engaging content that supports product, marketing, and sales initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Design & Brand Execution Design sales flyers, brochures, catalogs, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials Develop digital marketing assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising Create product launch materials and feature-focused visual content Develop trade show graphics, signage, displays, and event support materials Design product packaging concepts, labels, and supporting visual assets Create and maintain branded templates and design standards Product & Marketing Support Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to support product launches and promotional initiatives Develop visual assets that communicate product features, benefits, and differentiators Support dealer, distributor, OEM, and customer-facing marketing programs Assist with website visual updates and content presentation Photography & Video Production Coordinate and execute product photography sessions Edit and optimize photography for print and digital applications Support video production, editing, and short-form content development Organize and maintain photography and video asset libraries Brand Management Maintain visual consistency across all Springfield Marine and Shark Seating materials Ensure proper logo usage, typography, color standards, and brand guidelines Review and improve existing creative assets for consistency and effectiveness Participate in creative planning and campaign development discussions Asset & Workflow Management Maintain organized design files, templates, and creative assets Archive completed projects and source files Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Follow established approval workflows and project management processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education & Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred 2+ years of graphic design experience preferred Portfolio demonstrating strong creative and production capabilities
