Graphic Designer

Position Overview We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will create pre‑production artwork for vehicle wraps, unit numbers, signage, decals, and related graphics . This role requires excellent communication, organization, and teamwork , as you will collaborate closely with other graphic artists and production staff to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all designs before they go to print. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and print‑ready production files for vehicle wraps, unit numbers, signs, and decals . Collaborate with sales, production, and design teams to ensure client specifications are met. Maintain organized project files, naming conventions, and version control. Adjust and proof art for sizing, color matching, and scaling to vehicle templates or substrates. Review proofs and layouts for accuracy and quality prior to final approval. Communicate proactively with team members to manage timelines and troubleshoot design challenges. Ensure branding consistency across various applications and materials. Contribute to improving design workflows and maintaining production efficiency. Qualifications 2+ years of graphic design or pre‑press experience preferred , but candidates with relevant skills and strong portfolios will also be considered. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software. Working knowledge of large‑format printing and production file requirements. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work. Familiarity with color management, vinyl materials, and wrap templates a plus. Preferred Attributes Creative problem solver with a positive attitude. Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities. Experience coordinating with installers or production staff on site. Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
