TECHNICAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER - SIGN INDUSTRY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Graphic Designer to join our growing sign company team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience preparing production-ready, detailed artwork/blueprint for the sign industry.

Responsibilities:

Create and prepare artwork for production using

CORELDRAW

on a PC based work station. Generate technical layouts, scaled drawings, and production files Prepare files for CNC/router cutting and fabrication Coordinate with production and installation teams Review proofs and ensure accuracy before production Communicate directly with clients through phone calls and email Follow up with clients for missing artwork, approvals, measurements, or additional job information Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of

CORELDRAW - 3-5

yrs. Experience with router work/CNC file preparation - 3-5 yrs. Understanding of sign fabrication and production processes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced sign shop environment Strong communication and customer service skills via phone/email. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Sign industry experience is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

Vinyl layout and digital print preparation, large format print. Knowledge of dimensional signage and fabrication methods Ability to read shop drawings and specifications Adobe Illustrator experience is a plus
