Job Description

Experience with AI is a plus! This is a full-time, on-site position based in Horace, North Dakota , offering the opportunity to be part of a growing team that values collaboration, creativity, and excellence. Key Responsibilities Responsible for working with and communicating with a team of design specialists. Become embedded in learning the full scope of a design specialist, both on the residential and commercial side of the business. Assist with creating and drawing/designing a plan (via software) which details the layout and appearance of all installations. Documenting chosen selections into the necessary software. Prepare presentations (3D, 2D mock-ups and renderings) for clients.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Preferred:
Ability to read and understand blueprints and floorplans, experience and/or degree in interior design is a plus.
Technical skills:
ability and desire to learn various computer software programs and how to incorporate AI into your day-to-day role. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Mosaic helpful, but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and ability to collaborate as a team. Key Skills & Competencies Problem-solving Relationship Building Time management Communication Attention to detail Commercial Construction Knowledge Team collaboration Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work is performed in a corporate office setting inside of a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noises, various smells, bright lights, and dust. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to sit for an extended period of time in front of a computer. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods when showcasing products on the sales floor and in commercial settings. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
