With a growing portfolio spanning brokerage, property management, construction, and development, we are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager who has a creative mindset with a professional business approach. Position Summary We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with social media experience to support our commercial real estate marketing efforts. This role is responsible for creating high-quality marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency, managing social media content, and assisting with digital marketing initiatives for our brokerage, property management, and construction teams. The ideal candidate has strong graphic design skills, experience creating engaging social media content, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Graphic Design & Marketing Materials
  • Design professional marketing materials including:
  • Property brochures
  • Offering memorandums
  • Flyers
  • Maps
  • Email campaigns
  • Power Point Presentations
  • Signage
  • Proposal packages
  • Event materials
  • Create and update property marketing packages and listing presentations.
  • Ensure all materials align with company branding standards and quality expectations.
  • Edit photos and graphics for marketing use.
  • Coordinate with brokers, property managers, and leadership on project timelines and deliverables.
Social Media & Digital Marketing Create and schedule social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X. Monitor social media activity and track and analyze social media engagement and statistics Develop engaging graphics, videos, reels, and promotional content. Assist with company branding, recruiting, event promotion, and community engagement efforts online. . Assist with website updates and digital marketing campaigns as needed. Administrative & Creative Support Manage multiple design requests and prioritize deadlines effectively. Maintain organized marketing files and templates. Assist with company events, internal communications, and special projects. Stay current on commercial real estate marketing trends, social media trends, and design best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 1-2 years of graphic design and social media experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator required. Experience with social media scheduling platforms preferred. Familiarity with video editing software is a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience with commercial real estate platforms such as CoStar, LoopNet, or Crexi is a plus.
