POSITION OVERVIEW
The Design Studio Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling, high-quality visual communications with a primary emphasis on print design and production. This role partners closely with the Creative Director, Brand Marketing team, and internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions that support brand objectives and deliver exceptional customer-facing materials. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with expert knowledge of print design, typography, layout, production specifications, and prepress requirements. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and ensures all creative deliverables are executed with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Develop innovative and visually compelling creative concepts, layouts, and designs that align with project goals and brand standards Design and produce a wide range of print materials including brochures, direct mail, signage, event collateral, menus, promotional materials, environmental graphics, large-format displays, and other marketing assets Prepare production-ready files, ensuring accuracy of specifications, color management, bleeds, dielines, and print production requirements Collaborate closely with the Design Studio Creative Director, copywriters, marketing partners, project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver effective creative solutions Manage projects from concept through final production, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to timelines Maintain and apply brand standards across all print and marketing communications Provide creative recommendations and design solutions that elevate the brand while meeting business objectives Coordinate with print vendors and production partners to ensure quality control, troubleshoot file issues, review proofs, and deliver successful final outputs Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in typography, layout, image selection, color accuracy, and production execution Support the design and production of integrated marketing campaigns that may include digital assets, social media graphics, presentations, and other creative materials as needed Stay current with design trends, print technologies, industry best practices, and emerging creative techniques Contribute to a collaborative studio culture by sharing ideas, providing constructive feedback, and supporting team success Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design integrity and project objectives Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an in-house creative team, agency, design studio, or marketing environment Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print design, branding, typography, layout development, and production-ready creative work Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Strong understanding of print production processes, prepress preparation, color management, paper stocks, finishing techniques, and large-format printing Exceptional typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills Ability to translate creative briefs into effective design solutions that align with brand and business objectives Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas, receive feedback, and build partnerships across teams High level of attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality wor Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative creative team environment Experience with photography direction, image retouching, environmental graphics, and packaging design is a plus Knowledge of digital design, motion graphics, and marketing campaign development is preferred but not required
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

SALARY $60000 per year - $75000 per year
