Graphic Designer - Signage & Print Production

We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing signage and print team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values process and organization, and takes pride in producing accurate, production-ready artwork. The ideal candidate will balance creativity with precision and understand that attention to detail directly impacts production quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Create production-ready artwork for print and signage projects Prepare files for production including sizing, bleed, cut paths, and file setup Design proofs for customer approval Verify artwork accuracy, spelling, dimensions, and specifications Follow established workflows and internal processes Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Collaborate with sales, production, and installation teams Identify potential production concerns before manufacturing

Qualifications:

2+ years Graphic Design experience preferred Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Strong organization and time management skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Signage or print industry experience preferred but not required
